WHEREAS, the City Council of Saint Paul has adopted the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, Chapter 33.03(�. Bualding codes and inspections; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 33.03(fl requires that a Certificate of Compliance be obtained
within suc (6) months from ffie date of ffie original inspection; and
WHEREA5, the City Council may extend the initial six (6) months by an additional
six (6) months if it can be shown the work is proceeding expeditiously and is
more than 50% completed; and
WHEREAS, the owner of 874-878 Selby in the City of Saint Paul, has requested an
extension of six (6) months to obtain a Cerrificate of Compliance; and
WHEREAS, the work at 874-878 Selby is 66% completed and proceeded
expeditiously; and
FINALLY, WHEREAS, the Building Official recommends approval of the six
(6) months extension; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of Saint Paul grant the properry owner of
874-878 Selby in the City of Saint Paul an extension of six (6) months
from 04-10-97 to 10-10-97 to obtain a Certificate of Code Compliance.
