i WHEREAS, the Ciry Council of Saint Paul has adopted the Saint Paul Legislative
2 Code, Chapter 33.03(fl. Building codes and inspections; and

WHEREAS, Chapter 33.03(fl requires that a Certificate of Compliance be obtained
within suc (6) months from the date of the original inspecrion; and
WAEREAS, the City Council may extend the uutial six (6) months by an additional
six (6) months if it can be shown the work is proceeding expeditiously and is
more than 50% cornpleted; and
VJHEREAS, the owner of 212 E. Baker in the City of Saint Paul, has requested an
extension of six (6) months to obtain a Certificate of Compliance; and
WHEREAS, the work at 212 E. Baker is 64% completed and proceeded
expeditiously; and
FINALLY, WHEREAS, the Building Official recommends approval of the six
(6) months extension; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of Saint Paul grant the properry owner of
212 E. Baker in the City of Saint Paul an extension of six (6) months
from 12-20-46 to 06-20-97 to obtain a Certificate of Code Compliance.

Buildine ordinance. The work is only 64% completed, but it is our recommendatlon that a six (6)
