1 WHEREAS, the City Council and Housing and Redevelopment Authority (I-�iA) Board of
2 Commissioners established a City and HIZA Living Wage Jobs Policy in Council Resolution 96-1512
3 and HRA Resolation 96Ii/2-1; and
4 WHEREAS, the Gity Cauncil and HRA directed in this policy that Administrative Guidelines be
5 developed by PED and HKA staff for the orderly implementation of this policy; now therefore be it
6 RESOLVED, that the City Council and I Board direct PED and I�RA staff to present a draft of
7 these Administrative Guidelines and an outline of the critical issues connected to the implementation
8 of these policies at the City Council's February 5, 1997 meeting.
