That the Subjeci Property comprises a nu' ance condition as defined in Saint Paul L.egislative Code, Chapter 45. 2. That the costs of demolition and re val of this build'ang(s) is estimated to exceed three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) 3. That there now exists and has �a'fcisted multiple Housing or Building code violations at the S�bject Property. � 4. 5. 6. That an Order to Abate isance Building(s) was sent to the then known responsible parkies to correct the d ciencies or to demolish and remove the building(s). That the deficiencie causing this nuisance condition have not been corrected. That this b ding has been routinely monitored by the Vacant/Nuisance Buildings Code Enf cement Program. The bIlitation or demolirion and removal of the structure must be completed within fi en (15) days after the date of the Council Hearing. 2. If the above corrective acuon is not completed within this peri of time the Public Health, Code Enforcement Program is hereby authorized to take wha ver steps are necessary to demolish and remove this structure, fill the site and charge e costs incurred against the Subject Property pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 45 f the Saint Paul L.egislative Code. 3. In the event the building is to be demolished and rem ed by the City of Saint Paul, all personal property or fixtures of any kind which inte ere with the demolition and removal shall be removed from the propeny by the respo le parties by the end of this time period. If all personal property is not removed, it shall considered to be abandoned and the City of Saint Paul shall remove and dispose of suc roperty as provided by law. 4.
