VJHEREAS, the Ciry Council of Saint Paul has adopted the 5aint Paul Legislative
Code, Chapter 33.03{fl. Building codes and inspections; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 33.03(f} requires that a Certificate of Compliance be obtained
with3n six (6) months from the date of the original inspection; and
WHBREAS, the City Council may extend the initial six (6) months by an addiuonal
six (6) months if it can be shown the work is proceeding expeditiously and is
more than 50% completed; and
WHEREAS, the owner of 665 E. Jessamine in the City of Saint Paul, has requested an
extension of six (6) months to obtain a Certificate of Compliance; and
WHEREAS, the work at 665 E. 7essamine is 58% completed and proceeded
expeditiously; and
FINALLY, WHEREAS, the Building Official recommends approval of the six
(6) months extension; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of Saint Paul grant the properry owner of
665 E. 7essamine in the Ciry of Saint Pau1 an extension of six (6) months
from 03-25-97 to 09-25-97 to obtain a Certificate of Code Compliance.
