HUD had taken possession of the property on January 28, 1997 and they were requesdng time to be able to market the building for sale. The estimated cost to regair the building was $30,QQ0 and tl�e estimated wst for demolition was approximately $8,000. IIe believed that the buiiding was worth saving and agreed that HUD should be given addiuonai tnne to sell the building. Mr. Strathman stated that he had received a letter from HUD requesting additional time to be able to sei3 the building. Ae recommended granting 180 days to repair the building. 4.
