Mayor Coleman has recommended the appointment of Greg Simbeck to serve on the
Youth Fund Board. Mr. Simbek shall serve as a Ward 5 Adult Representative. He will
serve the remainder of Eloisa Echavez' unexpired term. This term will expire on
July 1, 1997.
