For the neaz term, the Pazking Meter Collectors wili continue to collect and the Traffic Maintenance Workers will continue to repair meters. However, when both of the Collectors are absent (vacation, sickness, etc.) the Tr�c Maintenance Workers will be perfomung the coliecting.
