18 may enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota for the above-referenced project, and that the
19 City of Saint Paul certifies that it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations as stated in all
20 contract agreements and described in the Compliances Section (FP-20) of the Business and Community
21 Development Application.
