WHEREAS, the City Council of Saint Paul has adopted the Saint Paul L,egislative
Code, Chapter 33.03(fl. Building codes and inspections; and

WHEREAS, Chapter 33.03(fl requires that a Certificate of Compliance be obtained
within six (6) months from the date of the original inspection; and
WHEREAS, the City Council may extend the initial six (6) months by an additional
six (6) months if it can be shown the work is proceeding expeditiously and is
more than 50% completed; and
WHEREAS, the owner of 800 Buffalo in in the City of Saint Paul, has requested an
extension of six (6) months to obtain a Certificate of Compliance; and
WHEREAS, the work at 800 Buffalo is SI°% completed and proceeded
expeditiously; and
FINALLY, WHEREAS, the Building Official recommends approval of the six
(6) monffis extension; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of Saint Paul grant the property owner of
800 Buffalo in the City of Saint Paul an extension of six (6) months
from 12-10-96 to 06-10-97 to obtain a Certificate of Code Compliance.
