WHEREAS, the Mayor of Saint Paul recommended, and the Saint Paui City Councii approved Council Resolution
C.F. 96-252, which established the order for constructing Residential Street Paving Projects in 1996 and
1997 and tentatively approved projects for the years M1998 through 2000; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department was directed, on a yearly basis, to compile a revised list, adding
a year of approved projects and enough tentative projects to complete a five year plan: and
WHEREAS, the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, on September 12, 1996, passed a motion
supporting these project recommendations for years 7998 through 2002; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Councfl accepts the following list of projects, giving final approcal for those Nsted
for 1998 and providing tentative approval for the projects listed for years 1999 through 2002:
