W. BASS GARDEN LOTS and southerly of the centerline of the former Soo Line Railroad Company right-of-way across said plat of STRUB'S ADDTTION. And that part of Cottage Street, Windmill Street, and Residence Street (aka Sherwood Avenue) lying within the recorded plat of STRUB'S REARRANGEMENT on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Rawsey County, Minnesota, which lies west of the northerly extension of the east line of the west 115.00 feet of Lot 18, J. W. BASS GARDEN LOTS and northerly of the centerline of the former Soo Line Railroad Company right-of-way across said plat of STRUB'S REARRANGEMENT. 22 This vacation shall be subje�t to the terms and condition of Chapter 130, codified March 1, 1981, of 23 the Saint Paul Legislative Code as amended, and to the foliowing conditions: 24 25 1. 26 27 28 29 2. 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 That the petidoner's, their successars and assigns shall pay $500.00 as an aduunistrative fee for this vacation which is due and payable within 60 days of the effecdve date of this resolution.
