Council File Presented By Referred To Committee: Date 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 iQ 1i 12 13 14 15 i& i7 18 i9 20 WHEREAS, residents ot Selby Avenue between Snelling Avenue and Saratoga Avenue have submitted a petitio� for permit parking under Legislative Code 168; and WHEREAS; the Council of the City of Saint Paul finds that the residential area on Selby Avenue near Snefling Avenue does not have sufficient off-street parking to safely accommodate the residential parking needs of the residents and the parking needs of non-residents using the commercial areas. The council further finds the frequent parking ot vehicles in the residential area by these non-residential users has created residential problems of a safety, environmental and aesthetic nature.
