The Council further finds the 10 frequent parking of vehicles in this residential area by these non-residential users has created 11 residential problems of a safety, environmental and aesthetic nature. 12 13 THEREFORE; to enhance the quality of life in residential areas by reducing noise, traffic i 4 hazards and litter; to reduce air poflution and other environmental factors, and to preserve the 15 safety of children and other pedestrians; to preserve the character of this district as a residential 16 district and to protect the residents of these areas from unreasonable burdens in gaining access 17 to their residences; � 18 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; that the following parking regulations shall be in 20 effect in the residentiaf area in and around Sherburne Avenue and Albert Street: 21 22 1.
