That a permanent utility easement be retained within the vacated area of Parcel No. 2 described above to protect the interests of U. S. West. 4. That permanent sewer easements shall be retained on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, Department of "Public Works within the vacated area of Parcel No. 3 and the east 22 feet of Parcel No. 2 as described above, and shall be subject to the following conditions: a. No buildings, structures, or trees are permitted within the easement area nor any temporary structure, material storage, fixture, or other objects that will prohibit normal access to sewer facilities for maintenance purposes. b. That Permanent Water Utility Easements be retained on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, Board of Water Commissioners within the vacated areas of Parcel No. 3 and the east 30 feet of Parcel No. 2 described above and shall be subject to the following conditions: a. No buildings, structures, or trees are permitted within tha easement area, nor any temporary structure, material storage, fixture or other objects that will prohibit normal access to water facilities for maintenance purposes. b. That the land described in Parcel No. 3 is being vacated to accommodate a fence encroachment and that upon removal, reconstruction, alteration, demolition, or otherwise non-existence of the encroachment, said vacated land described in Parcel No. 3 shall revert to the City of Saint Paul as street right-of-way without �� \.: a�n� / %� ,. q'1- � N�2 cost or charges to the City. 7.
