'Tfiis buildin$ is a concrete structure and is in need of removat because of uee root anci hydrostatic pressure pushing the walls down. Rehuilding has not been advised because of the cantinued risk of such presstues. This wi}1 create a hardship for us. An alternate glan far constructing a three car garage south of the duplex to accominodate pazking and storage was devised. The grade will not be attered. The buiiding will be set back si�een feet from the existing curb as recommended by #he City.
