authorized to apply to the Department ofNatural Resources for F.Y. '98 grant funding for this
project on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul will accept ownership of the properry
for park purposes following acquisition, and

authorized to apply to the Department ofNatural Resources for F.Y. '98 grant funding for this
project on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, and
