This vacation shall be subject to the terms and condition of Chapter 130, codified Mazch 1, 1981, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code as amended, and to the following conditions: That the petitioner's, their successors and assigns shall pay $500.00 as an administrative fee for this vacation which is due and payable within 60 days oP the effective date of this resolution. 2. That the petitioner shall pay all costs and expenses for the reconstruction of the intersection at Benson Sveet to properly eliminate the appearance of a public thoroughfare, including but not limited to, costs for new curbs, sidewalks, boulevards, storm drains, and street sign removal, all to the satisfacuon of the Department of Public Works. That the petifioner shall submit a site plan to the Office of License, Inspection and Environmentai Protection (LIEP) for Ciry review and approval of the proposed use of the vacated area, including their building addition andlor their vehicular access via vacated Leland Street. Their responses are with the resolution as it is being routed for signatures. The resolution is currently in the Finance Director's Office.
