WHEREAS, Deml Hundley has submitted the attached prel'vninary and fmal plat for City Council approval; and
7 WHEREAS, the appropriate city departments have reviewed the plat and found it meets the requirements of Chapter 67
8 of the Zoning Code; and

10 WHEREAS, notice of the public heazing before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the ciTy
11 and notices were mailed to each owner of affected properiy and properiy situated wholly of partly within 350 feet of the
12 subject property; and

14 WfIEREAS, a public hearing before the CiTy Councii was held on October 22, 1997 at which all interested parties were
15 heazd, the Council having considered all the facts and recommendations concerning the plat;
