These one time equity adjushnents were issued based upon criteria developed by the CAO management and were dependent on data included in the CAO personnel file system. It was later discovered that some personnel files contained inaccurate information that impacted these wage adjustments. Amend Article 10, Wages/Merit Pay, Section 10.10 to read: In addition to the wages set forth in this agreement and the merit pay as described in 10.3-10.4, there shall be a one-time annualized amount of 14 50 to be used in on base equity adjustments ...
