Said easement area is as follows: A temporary construction easement over, under and across South three feet of the east 50 feet of the following: Irvines 2nd Addition to Saint Paul, Lot 9 and excluding the street, that part of Lot 10 North of a line running from a point on the East line of said Lot 10, 11.74 feet from the Northeast corner, to a point on the West line said Lot 10, 20.10 feet from the Northwest corner of said Lot 10, Block 3. Said temporary easement to expire December 31, 1997 or at the completion of the improvement project, whichever occurs first. Preliminary Order 97-450 approved 30, 1997 Final Order 97-1074 approved_August 27, 1997 The Director of Technology having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements tfierein appropriated for the above improvement and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be ancl the same is hereby approved. .4� -a S d�y o$ Nov�„�,.�,. ,..
