On January 30, 1996 a City of Saint Paul snow plow, driven by Thomas Walters, struck a legally
parked car with the plow's blade.-The parked car, owned by Lachandra Gums, sustained
significant damage to its left side. I have reached a settlement with Ms. Gum's attorney in the
amount of 52778.05.
