WHEREAS, Resolution Number 97-699 which denied the Taxicab Driver's license for
Daniel R. Breckman was adopted by the City Council on June 25th after several layovers;
and
WHEREAS, due to miscommunica[.ion between the attorneys for the applicant and the
City, no one appeared at the City Council meeting to represent the applicant;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution Number 97-699, denying the
application for renewal of a Taxicab Driver's License submitted by Daniel R. Breckman
for license ID#43413, for a felony convection of Possession of Marijuana and a
misdemeanor oonvection of possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle
is hereby rescinded; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this matter shall be schedule for a public hearing before
the Saint Pau1 City Council at 4:30 p,m. on � »�,��,

available at the hearing on June 25, 1997, to present the case against the revocation.
This matter was laid over several times before final adoption.
Rescheduling of the matter for hearing will provide an opportunity for the license
holder's case to be presented to the City Council by the attorney representing the
license hoYder.
