on the centerline of Sloan Street distant 49.00 feet Southerly of the intersection of the centerlines
of Sloan Street and vacated East Idaho Street.
Parcel2: That part of vacated East Idaho Street accruing and all of I,ot 1 and, except for the
southerly 33.34 feet, Lot 2, Block 3, Kavanagh and Dawson's Addition lying within ffie

RBSOLVED, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the
annexed assessment roll, identified by the signature of the Director of Technology
and made a part hereof, and the awards of damages to the owenrs of such lands for
said taking and condemnaCion as set forth in said assessment roll, be and the same
is hereby in all respects rati£ied and confirmed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is
hereby in all repects ratified, and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to
the District Court for confirmation.

RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby
approved.
RESOLVED FURTIiER, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said
report and for a confirmation of the award of damages made by the Director of
Technology and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber,
in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 1st day of October, 1997, at the
hour of four thirty o'clock P.M. and that the Director of Technology be and he is
directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
