Hoyt Avenue, legally described as Biock 9, Fumess Gazden Lots, has indicated an interest in donating the properiy to the City, and WHEREAS, said property is contiguous to the City's Furness Parkway, and WHEREAS, the Owner wiil convey said property to the City at no cost, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Pazks and Recreation Commission hereby concurs with the proposed addition to Furness Pazkway, and recoznmends approval by the City Council, and FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Commission wishes to express its appreciation ta the donor, Rose M.
