WHEREAS, in July 1997 by Council Resolution 97-925 the Ciry of Saint Paul assessed PIN
30-29-22-22-00321ocated at 123 W. Geranium Ave. for a Boarding-up, said property legally
described as:
Stinson's Rice Street Addition to the City of St. Paul, Mittnesota, Lot 17, Block 3.
WHEREAS, upon review of the file, Public Health determined that there was no Boarding-up
done in 1997 and therefore the assessment should be deleted.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Boarding-up Assessment Number 4732
for PIN 30-29-22-22-0032 in the amount of $59.50 be removed from the assessment roIl.
