(Ryan/HGA), as design-b'''��� 1 e,£or the desiyn and construction of a new facility for the Minnesota Departmen� �evenue (the Project) in the Capitol Area. RESOLVED, that the City acknowledges t t phased relocation and occupancy of the Department of Revenue must commence n o about September 1, 1998 with final occupancy on November 30, 1998 for�`t� e pr osed Project. RESOLVED, that the City acknowle��hat the proposed Project wi11 require full and immediate attention from appropria City staff regarding permits, inspections, and other administrative decisions to c plete the proposed Project�on schedule. The City acknowledges that any delay in receiving input or approvals may be the reason for delay of occupancy. RESOLVED, That the City acknowl ges the schedule is of critical importance on this proposed Project and ful�emb�aces the challenge of providing the following items when required: l. Completing the v no Project delays; 2. Allowing constru access to the sewer existing sewer t by the ity; an 3.
