During the course of the project, additional extra work items were performed by the Contractor as directed by the
Engineer. The extra work was required to complete the project in a satisfactory manner. A significant part of the
work was requested by property owners and will be assessed; e.g., sewer and water services. Some of the work
items were requested by Water Utility and will be paid by Water Utility. Another major item was a retaining wall
to reduce dantiage to trees and shrubs. (See attachment for detailed explanationsJ
