The extra work was required to complete the project in a satisfactory manner. A significant part of the work was requested by property owners and will be assessed; e.g., sewer and water services. Some of the work items were requested by Water Utility and will be paid by Water Utility. Another major item was a retaining wall to reduce dantiage to trees and shrubs.
