Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Commission RESOLUTION � a�-ros� WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Parks and Recreafion Commission is an appointed body to advise the Mayor and City Council on long-range and city-wide matters related to pazks and recreation, and WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HI2A) has acquired certain properiy known as 197 B�l Street, more particulazly described as follows: All that part of Lot 18, Block i, in Bernheimers Addition to St. Paul, which lies Northwesterly of a line drawn from a point in the West side line of Block 4 in said addition, distant 90 feet South from the Northwest comer thereof to a point in the North line of Lot 18, Block 1, aforesaid distant 36 feet West from the Northeast corner of said Lot 18, according to the recorded plat thereof, and situate in Ramsey County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, said HRA property adjoins the City's North Highbridge Pazk, and � WHEREAS, the HRA will convey said properry to the City for park purposes at no cost to the City. That the execution and delivery of a Deed of Conveyance of said land to the Ciry of Saint Paul is hereby authorized by the Board of Commissioners and the Chairperson or Vice Chairperson and the Secretary or Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute said Deed on behaif of the Housing and Redevelopment Authoriry of the Ciry of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Commission RESOLUTION � a�-ros� WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Parks and Recreafion Commission is an appointed body to advise the Mayor and City Council on long-range and city-wide matters related to pazks and recreation, and WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HI2A) has acquired certain properiy known as 197 B�l Street, more particulazly described as follows: All that part of Lot 18, Block i, in Bernheimers Addition to St. Paul, which lies Northwesterly of a line drawn from a point in the West side line of Block 4 in said addition, distant 90 feet South from the Northwest comer thereof to a point in the North line of Lot 18, Block 1, aforesaid distant 36 feet West from the Northeast corner of said Lot 18, according to the recorded plat thereof, and situate in Ramsey County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, said HRA property adjoins the City's North Highbridge Pazk, and � WHEREAS, the HRA will convey said properry to the City for park purposes at no cost to the City. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Commission hereby concurs with the proposed addition to North Highbridge Pazk and recommends approvai by the City Council.
