She did so and sat down with Sgt. Polyak and me. c. She was verbally identified as DECKER. HEATHER dob 3-30-70 of417 Grand Ave. W(P 224-5687. I told her that she had soid wine to me w ithout selling me food along with it. She said she knew she had to sell wine with food but had been there for nine hours so faz today. We had the owne OUINN. PETER come over to speak to us. He said he had a wine license that pertained to the percentage of sales of food to the sales of wine. He also wanted to know the defrnition of food; whether it was a meal or a piece of candy. I told him to contact L.I.E.P. with his questions. The glass of Chazdonnay was left on the table vhere we interviewed both people. It had virtually all the wine still in it. 0 i W ^ No: 0(C (-] es Hom ❑ fiob Q Juv ❑ Coord ❑ ID ❑ Lab Rsc r] reem Burg Thek Q Prop CAU ❑ FGF [] Auto g Dn0 ❑ CO ❑ Sex ❑ Rptr ] HumServ 9't - 08' e of / _ Cod p l ntry: // ; - ' 1- PM 62t-92R ,M; A a ; A; a F z i O V m b Pi G 0 ; o V p N d € N o p i Z V O N V N i N 4l 4 m O w .. a O n O o o p m o m `° vR x c F w $ z 'o s o . =o mG ag m9 Ao x„o z$z g z 'x ° S$ 4 o i . o g o 8"'d 6 0 $ H q C a m a y o g N 6 M .!
