INiTIATINQ PROBLEM, ISSUE. OPPORTUNITY (Who. What. When, Where, Why)
There have been on-going noise complaints regarding the operation of the patio at
Sweeney's, 96 North Dale Street. This resolution would reduce patio service hours
until Sweeney's builds a permanent enclosure of the patio that would abate the
disturbance of neighborhood residents by bar patrons using the patio.
