WHEREAS, the Saint Paui Police Department has received from 3M Company contributions of art and other
supplies for the Graffiti, Inc. program in the amount of $2,458.57, and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Police Department wishes to accept these contributions of art supplies and use
them for the youth involved in the Graffiti, inc. program to demonstrate their artistic talent and to refine their
artistic talents for possible future careers in the art world, and
WHEREAS, the 3M Company gifts will be utilized in fulfilling a public purpose, and
NOW, THEREFORE 6E IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paui accepts and sincerely thanks the 3M
Company for its contribution of art and other supplies for the Graffiti, Inc. program, declares a public purpose
in their useage and appropriates the gifts in the furtherance of the above program.
