Mayor Coleman has recommended the appointment of Earle F. Kyle, IV to serve on
the Saint Paul Human Rights Commission. Mr. Kyle will fill the vacancy created by
the zesignation of Clayton M. Robinson, Jr. and fill the remainder of this unexpired
term. Mr. Kyle's term will expire on October 9, 1997.
