Mr. Perkins did not keep a log of these conversations or occurrences. However, shortly after the initial ruling by the Court of Appeals zeversing Judge Clazk, Mr, perkins did hava a conversation with Mr. Robert Kessler conceming the City's position regarding the Court of Appeals' decision. It is Mr. Perkins' recollection that this conversation occurred on approximately Apri127, 2995, at which time he was insuvcted by ivlr. Kessler that his firearms license would be treated as a renewal and processed accordingly.
