The Ramsey Ccu.^.ty Office of Elections and Voter Registration Services is responsible for conducting these elections and is requesting your assistance and cooperation. We are looking for suitable space to use as polling locations and would very much like to use space in the Como Park Lakeside Pavilion. Judges will need to use this area on the above listed dates from 6:00 a.m. until approximately 11:30 p.m., and we will need to have the area open for voters from 7:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. The space also needs to be handicap accessible, and have parking available for voters. Per my telephone conversation with you and Councilperson Janice Rettman this morning, it is my understanding that we have your approval to use Como Lakeside Pavilion as a polling place. Routinely, we are attaching an approval form for signature with this letter, and are asking that you fax your response to 266-2177. Zion Temple This location is not available. This location may be moved to Fairmount Ave United Methodist Church, 1523 Fairmount Ave. in the Fellowship Hall. This location is handicaped accessible with an elevator, handicap parking in the front and the back and also street parking. Ward 3 Precinct 8 Nativity School Nativity School is not handicap accessible. At Nativity School there is a back door that leads directly to the parking which is handicap accessible. This door is not normally used for public access. If we cannot make arrangement to have this door open the location may have to be moved to College of St. Catherine. The poll location has been moved to Sheridan School Library, 525 White Bear Ave. N. The new location is accessible and there is parking.
