6 WHEREAS, the 1996 season's team record was twelve(12) wins and four(4) losses,

s WHEREAS, the Hazel Park Tigers won the Saint Paul City Championship, and
9 NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, the Saint Paul City Council officially commends the Hazel
io Park Tigers and wishes them the best of luck representing Saint Paul at the tournament
