A cover letter was also attached that warns of potential suspension and or termination for failure to follow triis law. In addition, we have recently implemented the tobacco retailing "WE CARD" kits, distributed by North Dakota Petroleum Marketers Association. Inside each kit are signs, buttons, educational video tapes and other similar materials all used by our Store Managers in their e£forts to train employees to avoid sale o£ tobacco products to minors.
