REGISTERED LAND SURVEY APPROVAL
WHEREAS, Roger Greenberg has submitted the attached Registered Land Survey for City Council approval;
and
WI3EREAS, the appropriate city departments have reviewed the Registered Land Survey and found it meets
the requirements of Chapter 67 of the Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County is requiring the appiicant provide a new Registered Land Survey to allow
recording of the adjustment in a common boundary; and
WHEREAS, the attached Registered Land Survey constitutes an adjushnent of a common boundary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached
Registered Land Survey.

Adopt resolution allowing the applicant to record with Ramsey County an adjustment of a common boundary.
This adjushnent in common boundary could be approved administratively by a lot split, but Ramsey County
is requiring the applicant provide a new Registered Land Survey to allow recording of this boundary change.
Registered Land Surveys and plats require City Council action to record the document, but a public heazing
is not required for Registered Land Surveys or Plats that constitute adjustments of common boundaries.
Minnesota State Statute 462325 sub. 2(c) defines these as adjustments in eacisting property lines and not a
subdivision. The applicant is requesting to adjust the boundary to allow for future expansion and maintain
sepazate financing between the rivo buildings.
