RE: District Energy St. Paul Board of Directors -- Reappointment
Mayor Coleman has recommended the reappointment of Susan Sands to continue
serving as a member of the Aistrict Energy St. Paul, Inc. Board of Directors. She has
been a valuable member. Ivts. Sands will serve a three-year term which will expire on
September 1, 1999.
A copy of the resolution recommending this reappointment is attached.
