1 RESOLVED, that, upon execurion and delivery of a release in full to the Ciry of Saint Paul,
2 the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Tort Liability
3 Fund, 09081-0511, to Charlotte Williams the sum of $5,447.45 in full settlement of her claim
4 for damages sustained on 7anuary 25, 1996 as a result of an accident with a City-owned vehicle
5 at or near I94 and Kellogg Boulevard.

On January 25, 1996 a City of Saint Paul Public Works' truck, driven by Tim Hanson,
lost control on icy roads and struck a 1992 Chevrolet Lumina owned by Charlotte Williams.
As a result of the collision, Ms: Williams' vehicle sustained significant damage. I have
reached a settlement with Ms. Williams in the amount of $5,447.45.
