the proper City officers aze hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Tort Liability
Fund, 09081-OS, to Farmers Insurance Group as subrogee for Xay Vang, the sum of $4,965.77

On January 17, 1995 a City of Saint Paul Public Works' truck, driven by Vincent Schettner,
made a left turn in front of a 1989 Toyota Coxolla driven by Lue Vang. The Vang vehicle
was proceeding east on Maryland and the Public Works' vehicle was travelling west, attempting
to make a left turn onto Earl St. As a result of the collision, the Vang vehicle was a
total loss. I have reached a settlement with Lue Vang's insurance carrier in the amount of
$4,965.77,
