A permanent easement for sewer purposes over, under and across the
northeasterly 8.00 feet of Lou 1 and 8, Block 57, Kittson's Addition to Saint
Paul.
Also, a permanent easement for sewer purposes over, under and across those
portions of vacated Prince Street, vacated John Street, vacated Lafayette
Street (formerly Lowst Street) and Lou 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 64, Kituon's
Addition to Saint Paul being 15.00 feet on either side of the following
described line:
Commencing at tbe intersection of tbe centerline of vacated
Prince Street with the centerline of vacated John Street, thence
sout6easterly for a distance of 35.Q0 feet along the centerline of
said vacated John Street 2o the point of beginning of the line to
be described; thence northeasterly, parallel with said vacated
Prince Street, a distance of 240.00 feet; tbence northwesterly,
parallel to said centerline of vacated Jobn Street, to the

above improvement, and the award of damages therefor, and aiso upon the assessment of benefits therefor, and the
CouncIl having duly considered the same, now therefore be it
RESOLUED, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll, identified
by the signature of the Director of Finance and made a part hereof, and the awards of damages to the owners of such
lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects
ratified and conficmed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratiFied,
and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.
