WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council FIle Numbered 95-1201, dated October 4, 1995,
said resolution being the Ratificauon of Assessments for the Bates/McLean Street Paving & Lighting
Project, identified as Finance & Management File Numbered 18763; and
WHEREAS, the property known by Pazcel Identification Number 04-28-22-22-0017, located at
67 Maria Avenue, was assessed the amount of $1,624.50 for street paving and lighting
unprovements; and
WHEREAS, the Real Estate Division has discovered that the aforementioned parcel was assessed
inconectly for the street paving portion of the assessment;
NOW Tf�REFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment levied against Parcel Numbered
04-28-22-22-0017, according to Council File Numbered 95-1201, be reduced to $1,324.50 assessed;
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $300.00 in street paving and lighting revenue, be funded
by Street Pauing and Lighting Fund for the project.
