The celebration wiii take place at Saint Peter Ctaver Church, 375 North Oxford, at 6:30 p.m. Even though he was wounded, Art foiled the robbery and assisted patrons in the bar. To show our support and recognition of his bravery, I have prepared a resolution from the City Council to be read at the ceremony. Due to the short time line, I need to bring this resolution in under suspension at today's meeting. Thank you for your considesation in this matter.
