i WHEREAS, the residents of the area adjacent to or near the United and Childrens Nospitai
2 complex have submitted a petition to remove residential permit parking in accordance with
3 Chapter 168 of the Saint Paui Legislative Code; and

5 WHEREAS, a business in the permit area, Bonfe's Auto Body, has a need for open parking
6 to accommodate employees for his expanding business. Removai of the permit parking
7 restriction would open up 8 to 10 parking spaces for this purpose;

9 N4W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED; that the Two Hour Parking, 7AM-7PM Monday
7 0 through Friday Except by Permit regulations shall be removed from:

Auto bady shop owner, Roger Bonfe, has submitted a petition signed by the director, on behalf of the
Women of Nations building, to remove permit parking restrictions.
Open parking will ailow Bonfe's employees to park. His business is expanding, so parking is
needed.

Mr. Bonfe may underestimate the competition for parking from commuters for these few parking
spaces. Therefore, his employees may not be there early enough to be able to park.
