On November 30, 1995, at the intersection of Mississippi and Cayuga,
a City of Saint Paul vehicle driven by Joseph Riesselman slid
into a vehicle owned and driven by claimant Ja£frey Peterson as
it was stopped, waiting to turn left onto Cayuga. The impact
pushed Mr. Peterson's vehicle into a third vehicle that was
approaching the intersection £rom the opposite direction. As
a r sult of the accident Mr. Peterson's vehicle was damaged in
