1 RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint
2 Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
3 Liability Fund 09070-0511 to Allstate Insurance Company the sum of $3,753.57 in full
4 settlement of their claim for damages sustained February 8, 1996, to their insured's vehicle
5 as a result of an accident with a city-owned vehicle at or neaz Frost and Dieter Streets.

On February 8, 1996, at the intersection of Frost Avenue and Dieter
Street, a City of St. Paul vehicle driven by Shawn Locke rearended
a.vehicle pwned and driven by claimant, Wanda Petersen. As a
result of the im�act, �;s. Petersen's 1992 Mercury Sable was damaged
in the amount of $3,753.57. Ms. Petersen's insurance company,
Allstate, has paid for this damage under their collision coverage.
This office approves the settlement o£ Allstate's subrogation claim
in the amount o£ $3,753.57.
