Certain projects funded with CIB money have been delayed in the implemenCation phase. This budget revision simply trades 1993 .. Park Department CIB funds w/old NPP CIB funds. The old CIB money will be spent on current Park's Department projects.and the neighborhood organizations will be able to implement their NP.P projects using 1993 CIB funds.
