ADMINISTRATNE ORDER, Consistent with the authorify granfed to the Mayor in Section i0.07.4 of the Ciiy
Charter and based on the request of the Director of the Departmeni of Planning & Economic Development,
to amend the 1991, and 1992 budget of the Capital Improvement Budget (CIB) fund, as allocafed to the
Neighborhood Partnership Program (NPP). The Director of the Departmenf of Finance and Management
Services is authorized to amend said budget in the foilowing manner.

INITIATING PROBLEM, ISSUE.OPPORTUNITV (Who. Wha�, When, Where, Why):
City Council approved various NPP projects. Certain projects funded with CIB money have
been delayed in the implemenCation phase. This budget revision simply trades 1993 ..
Park Department CIB funds w/old NPP CIB funds.
The old CIB money will be spent on current Park's Department projects.and the neighborhood
organizations will be able to implement their NP.P projects using 1993 CIB funds.
The City will not have to pay 4xbitrage fines.
