WHEREAS, the City Council of Saint Paul has adopted the Saint Paul I.egislative
Code, Chapter 33.03(�. Building codes and inspections; and

WHEREAS, Chapter 33.03(fl requires that a Certificate of Compliance be obtained
within six (6) months from the date of the original inspection; and
WHEREAS, the City Council may extend the initial suc (6) months by an additional
six (6) months if it can be shown the work is proceeding expeditiously and is
more than 50% completed; and
WHEREAS, the owner of 614 Mackubin in the City of Saint Paul, has requested an
extension of si�c (6) months to obtain a Certificate of Compliance; and
WHEREAS, the work at 614 Mackubin is 64% completed and proceeded
expeditiously; and
FINALLY, WHEREAS, the Building Official recommends approval of the six
(6) months extension; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of Saint Paul grant the praperry owner of
614 Mackubin in the Ciry of Saint Paul an extension of six (6) months
from 04-18-96 to 10-18-96 to obtain a Certificate of Code Compliance.

The one family dwelling at 61A Mackubin is being rehabilitated under provision of the Nuisance
Buildina ordinance. The work is only 64°lo completed, but it is our recommendation that a six
(6) month extension of the completion time be granted the owner.
