On March 1, 1996, a City of Saint Paul vehicle driven by Frank Saete
struck a v�hicle owned and driven by claimant, Stanley Rasmussen,
as he drove through the intersection of Hazelwood and Prosperity.
Mr. Saete failed to see Mr. Rasmussen's vehicle before he entered
the intersection. As a result of the impact, Mr. Rasmussen's
vehicle was damaged in the amount of $2,696.87. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Rasmussen's claim in the amount of $2,696.87.
